Welcome,Tay Boyd & Prince Boyd, MOR-Tallahassee! Tay is a nurse, and Prince is a former fireman, now at Navy Fed, working a schedule that will be easy for him to service their territory. A terrific couple, very upbeat, and definitely love working with the public. Our 1st married couple dual licensees!! From Alex, “I always say we are not in the odor business; we are in the people business. This underlying ethos and empathy demonstrated not only in helping these previous clients with their curry food odor issue but also, I think, enlightened them to MOR and taking an interest in our biz!”
They were kind enough to leave a 5-Star review, “This company hands down deserves 10 stars! We reached out to Master Odor Removal due to a curry smell after purchasing our first home from an Indian couple..It was such a breath of fresh air when speaking with Alex. Very knowledgeable and professional,” & started without any prompting from me, asking questions about owning a territory a few weeks later. They have done due diligence and spoke with a few of you as well.
From clients to licensees, what a great origin story they have to tell their future clients. We had a terrific time with training and cold calling. They have no competition at the dealerships, from Dodge to Porsche, and no other odor removal vendors at the real estate association! No matter where we prospected, people listened and were extremely friendly and eager to learn more. We even have an in at a massive student housing apartment company for Florida State University and other state schools in Tallahassee.
