He responded to my inquiry within minutes, took the time to really listen as I explained the issue, and clearly laid out the steps he could take to remove the odor from our car. Despite it being 5 PM on a Friday, he fought through traffic to come across town and help us. Then, in the blazing sun, he spent hours meticulously cleaning every inch of the car.

My pre-owned vehicle had a weird odor, I took it back to the dealership and they performed a “service” for a fee and still could smell it. Frustrated I found Master Odor Removal – Boca Raton, called and spoke with the founder of the company, Alex, super nice said he could inspect for free and the next day he came out to my office. It was mothballs! None still though he explained that the pesticide is made to penetrative everything in the interior. Let me share my experience with Master Odor Removal – Boca Raton and their services. My home is used as a furniture finder listing for people looking to stay long-term like nurses, and it’s fully furnished beautiful home.Without the airbnb type of costs, one of my tenants smoked without my knowledge and could not get the tobacco odor out of it for another rental. I found Alex and master odor removal, who came out very quickly. Even though it was a long drive and after a few hours of his service the odor was gone and we were ready to do the rest of our renovation. Highly recommend.

We tried to get the marijuana and smoke smell out of our condo after our last Airbnb guests left, purchasing many products that said they would work and they didn’t! We purchased an investment property that had an uncomfortably pungent cat urine smell. We performed several deep cleanings, including spraying the floors and walls with a highly recommended enzyme spray. The smell improved, but we were not able to remove it entirely, so we hired Alex. Alex was very generous with information, taking the time to explain his process, how it differs from competitors, and assured us that given his many years of experience in this field, he would eliminate the smell completely. I want to thank Master Odor Removal for treating on short notice a terrible and frustrating odor issue in our Delray condo. Apparently there was a leak behind a sink that was there for some time and mildew created a strong smell that infected the whole air conditioning system and condo! We called a mold tester and it was negative after the leak was fixed, and tried to air it out, used oban, had the ducts cleaned only to have our tenant calling us every day! We looked on-line and found this company, spoke with Alex who helped us understand what we were up against, which we never thought of and where the mildew was now besides the bathroom. SUNDAY morning Alex serviced it and the air system while our tenant was at church and four hours later she called us to say THANK YOU! Master Odor Removal saved my vehicle. I had inadvertently left raw shrimp in my trunk overnight and the juice had leaked into the carpet in my trunk. We were glad to have the opportunity to express our gratitude to master Odor Removal and Alex for saving us the time and expense of having to repaint our interior after the past tenants left the air conditioning off for some time while they went on vacation. We wanted to get out of being landlords and sell.The Stale must odor was terrible and after trying to use ozone and charcoal, vinegar and air fresheners our real estate agent recommended this company.Alex Showed up on time did an inspection and offered to help the next day, during the process he sent many photos of wet walls, and ceilings drying , and then a video of our air conditioning treatment. I rescue cats in my spare time and one of them peed on my back seat. It trickled down to underneath the seat, my seatbelts, and even my carpet. I had the back seat unscrewed at an attempt to clean it myself and tried everything possible to get rid of the odor, including enzyme removers, but nothing worked! After doing some research, I was so glad to have found Alex and his company! From the initial call, he was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He told me he could tackle it with no problem. Alex treated every single surface in my car, including my AC. The cat pee smell is completely gone! He even checked my apartment for any smells, since I read that he treats homes as well. We moved out of our old place where we kept the cat box on a back porch. Needless to say after 10+ years of having a cat box on it the porch had a distinct “cat” smell. We tried everything to try to eliminate the smell, even had the area “professionally” cleaned twice. Still we could not get rid of the smell. Alex is truly a master odor remover! I tried everything to remove the urine odor from my shower and I failed. My house keeper cleaned the shower with chemicals and it still smelled. I scrubbed the shower with baking soda and downy fabric softener and it still smelled. The smell was so bad I was going to stop using the master bedroom shower and start using the guest shower. I called Master Odor Removal and Alex came out the very next day which was Labor Day. Alex used his ultraviolet light which revealed bacteria from the urine which was living in my shower. My son was gifted his first car but the previous owner was a heavy cigarette smoker. We tried several products but they all failed. I was very lucky to come across Master Odor Removal online. I purchased a used car that had a very strong tobacco smell, and I honestly thought it was no help in resolving the smell, but that was not the case with Master Odor Removal. I called Alex in a panic about mothball odor on a Saturday afternoon and he came by that evening and was able to remove ALL of the toxic odor. I was extremely impressed with his responsiveness, attention to detail, and excellent communication. He didn’t have to do the work same day, but he could see I was in a panic and was committed to helping us out. I am overly sensitive to any chemicals and smells, but the odor that was left behind was not bad at all, despite the fact that he had to use a ton of product to eliminate the awful toxic mothballs. My kids and husband were able to move back into the house the very next morning after treatment, and couldve gone back that evening, but we were kind of enjoying our “camp out”. Because I am excessively sensitive, I let it air out a few more days but that same day my eyes were no longer watering and burning from the toxic chemical odor of the mothballs. Started smelling mothballs in and around my condo 2 years after moving in, I never use them. I hoped the strong odor would go away but it was still lingering. SO FRUSTRATING. Found Master Odor Removal, and Alex who fully inspected my condo, spent a lot of time and tried to solve the mystery, even going to the neighbors, and returned the next day after a trial A/C treatment. We’re so glad we found Alex with Master Odor Removal! From our 1st conversation, Alex was professional, super friendly, explained his process, the chemicals he uses and guaranteed it would work (with some prep from our end). We purchased a flip property in Miami near Homestead. The place smelled so bad of cat urine, we couldn’t get contractors to work on it. In addition to the cats the previous owner abandoned inside, all the neighborhood cats were living under the house. Alex drove 3 hours in traffic and balanced on exposed floor joists to get the job done. Well, whatever magic super spray they use, it worked! No more urine smell or gagging upon entry! Master Odor Removal saved the holidays! Bought a preowned luxury car for the wife and we discovered very strong tobacco smoke odor throughout and in the air system. The dealership used something that did not work when we brought it back. We thought we were stuck. Unstead we looked online and found these folks. Alex told us how it worked and that they service Bentley, Porsche, BMW and Carmax dealerships, and we watched some of their videos online So we knew we had a chance as we are both bothered by smoke smells. I called Master Odor Removal to eliminate cat urine odor in my car and house that I could not get rid of. I’ve tried countless enzyme solutions researched on the internet and at pet stores to no avail. The pungent odor kept coming back.
Within a few hours of reaching out to them, Alex came, I showed him around and he explained to me exactly what he would be doing. He was very friendly, answered all my question and completely transparent as to what was possible and what wasn’t. We agreed on the price and work to be performed, he had me check out the unscented chemicals that would be applied and he proceeded to work his magic.
Within about 20-30 minutes, my wife and I were amazed when he showed us the results. The cat urine odors were completely gone leaving only a clean, fresh smell behind in our house and our car. Wow.. what a difference!

Backstory: 2 years ago I moved into my condo and the battle against the cigarette smoke smell began. First I scrubbed the walls and surfaces to break up the oils with no noticable effects. Then I tried ozone to remove it and it would help a little bit but not much the several times I tried it and most importantly it wasn’t permanent. After that I removed everything — flooring, cabinets, appliances, A/C vents, etc — and repainted everything with a primer designed to seal away cigarette smoke forever. This worked for a year and a half or so I thought. For the most recent holidays I went away for a week with the A/C off and when I returned to the still air, it was like I hadn’t done anything. Cigarette smoke smell everywhere and I lost hope.
Then I found Alex at Master Odor Removal. He came out a couple days later. He explained clearly what he was doing and provided plenty of pictures of what he was doing throughout the whole process. He was able to remove tobacco oil in the few places that were origonal non-painted surfaces and even a few of the painted surfaces as well. Then he fogged my unit and when I returned the smell was gone. It was wonderful to not have to smell cigarettes at all time. A few weeks later there was a bit of the smell in the kitchen and I located it around the dishwasher. I called him and the next morning he was back out. I pulled out the dishwasher so he could get at it from all angles and the inside of the cubby as well. I am confident that the smell is gone for good. He left me a little bit of the spray should I need to hit it one more time just for good measure.
I am glad that I used this company.

I contacted Master Odor Removal at the suggestion of a colleague who had a rental property faced with the same smoking odor issue that I was having. I called and spoke with the owner. Alex was amazing, he took his time to educate me on his products, the process and what sets his company apart from others. Prior to contacting Master Odor, I had already spoken to 2 other companies. After speaking with Alex, it was clear to me his company was the right choice for what I was looking to accomplish. I used this service to correct a smoke and mildew smell from a used vehicle I just purchased. I decided to try their service before actually returning the car to pick out a new one. In the aftermath of Tropical Storm Eta, my neighborhood was flooded and my car left with a wet interior. I called up Alex (quick, same-day response back) and he was quite thorough with his plan of action and was transparent with his methods, helping me understand his process. I called Master Odor Removal because I had a sun roof leak that caused a musty smell inside my vehicle from the carpet getting wet and within 24 hours Alex the owner was at my house to help me. In looking at my vehicle he noticed that their was some mold spots growing on the exterior on the paint and while he doesn’t specialize in doing the exterior he offered to see if his product would work. As you can see from the photos below it worked wonders. Alex was extremely professional and informative in what he was doing. Not only was he able to remove the smell but he helped remove the mold growing on the outside and had the car looking new again.

It’s been a number of years since we had a good office cleaning to remove the odor. Being a manufacturing company there is lots of equipment and odors. Master Odor Removal did a tremendous job. They arrived on time, did a thorough job and left the office smelling great. The personnel were professional and took good care of the equipment and were extremely careful. When they left, the place had no odor and there was no lingering chemical smell. Will highly recommend them to others and will definitely use them again.

Top notch! Alex treated my car for a horrific smell coming from the trunk. He went over and beyond with the treatment process to insure that the smell was gone throughout the car. He even treated the air conditioning although it was not needed. He responded to my call within minutes and was at my house within the hour. Alex also took the time to explain the process and chemicals (hypoallergenic and non toxic) used. He was professional, friendly and proud of his work. I highly recommend. Thanks Alex!

Extremely please with the service. I bought a used car on a Sunday and it smelled like a casino. I’m not a smoker and that smell is not delightful at all. I called these people and the guy was super helpful and easy to talk to on the phone. Despite having a booked schedule he came to my place on a Sunday!
Now the real question is if it worked. So I was skeptical coming in this because I didn’t believe you can get rid of cigarette smell. However, after doing his magic, the smell was gone and my car smells normal. The service was professional and he did no contact service. Would recommend and it works

Thank you so much Alex & Master Odor Removal — I couldn’t recommend them enough! Our Mercedes-Benz S Class recently had a leak in a fuel pipe that goes right below the rear passenger seat. The interior of the car had a strong, fuel smell since gas had literally pooled under the back seat in the interior. Not only was it unpleasant to smell, but also made it hard to breathe! We tried everything that was suggested to us to get rid of the smell: replaced the lining under the seat, steam cleaning, detailing, etc… to no avail. We decided it was time to sell the car since there was nothing left to be done about this odor, but then we found Alex’s company. We figured we give it a final try, a last-resort option before we got rid of the car. We called Alex and from the start were impressed. He was the only company that was confident that they would be able to handle this and he did. He drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale to Port Saint Lucie to help us out. He took his time and worked hard for a couple hours and just like that it was taken care of. The results are phenomenal — no gas smell to be found!!! I can’t rave about Alex and his company, Master Odor Removal, enough. I accidentally left raw chicken in my trunk for two days in the hot Florida heat and my car absolutely reeked. I tried everything to no avail. I called Alex and he came the next morning, worked very hard in the Florida heat, and long story short I love my car again. AMAZING!! I couldn’t be happier with this odor removal service!! We just bought our first house and unfortunately it had a strong cigarette smoke odor. I am so happy that I found Master Odor Removal service. Alex is absolutely wonderful. His customer service is *exceptional*. He is fantastic about explaining the process of what he will do and showed me photos so that I knew what to expect. I just wanted to share a few thoughts about our experiences after buying a new property in Pahrump. We had a smoke problem as soon as we walked in and didn’t know how to address the problem. We looked online and found Master Odor Removal who came out in the next couple days and was able to guarantee servicing tobacco, smell cat urine (which was horrible by the way) and dog Urine. We purchased a preowned luxury Mercedes SUV and it had a strong tobacco smell, the dealership said they had done everything they could. WE ARE NON SMOKERS, so we tried this and that, nothing helped except to put tacky fragrances mixing with the smoke. By chance we googled odor removal and found Master Odor Removal services! Alex came out the next day and was super upbeat and guaranteed the results. Sure enough, after about one hour the tobacco was gone and he got rid of the smoke smell in the air conditioning at no charge. Now it is like a “new” car.Services are highly recommend.

I bought a car that had meat left in it for 3 weeks, after the owner had apparently gone on a beef buying shopping spree at the grocery store and then he returned to his home, went inside and died! I still don’t know why I bought it, I guess I didn’t realize just how difficult it is to get odors out. Needless to say, the smell was beyond awful! I tried remedying it myself to no avail. I did clean up the source of the smell myself which was decayed meat juice and blood but still, the smell had evaporated into the air and permeated every fiber, rubber and plastic trim piece of that car. I tried disinfectants, enzyme eaters and even running my powerful ozone generator for 24 hours at a time and nothing. I did some research online and ultimately I found Alex and Master Odor Removal. Another local service that I called first, that specializes in “unattended death” odor remediation, charges almost double that of Master Odor Removal and said they couldn’t even guarantee results. I then called Alex and he explained the process and told me of a number of similar circumstances that he dealt with and had successfully resolved. He had a busy schedule ahead but still got me scheduled for the beginning of that following week. When I met with him, he immediately got to work and began pulling everything out of the car (I already had the back half of the car disassembled) and dousing it with his treatment solutions. I left for a few hours and when I returned, Alex had just finished up with the final phase which is the fogging treatment. The treatment he uses has what he referred to as a “tracer scent” that is intended to let the user know where the products are used but eventually it dissipates and leaves behind a neutral smell. Alex used a tremendous amount of product on this job and the tracer scent was strong, but still pleasant enough. I couldn’t smell anything else if I wanted to. Over the next couple days I let the car air out and the tracer scent had mellowed and had left a fresh, sanitized smell behind. The rotten meat odor was gone! My scenario is obviously an extreme case and if Master Odor Removal was able to remedy it, I have no doubts that they can remedy ANY odor issue. I always seem to make the wrong decisions when it comes to finding a “professional” to do anything, whether painting my home or doing mechanical work. Well for once I made the right decision by choosing Master Odor Removal! I can’t thank them enough, this months long nightmare is over!

Hey I’m local city firefighter and I support this business 100% I purchase a vehicle from a dealership where the previous owner was a heavy smoker. The dealership paid for someone to remove the odor 2xs and no luck I tried everything myself from baking soda to vinegar to odor blockers and nothing worked. Master Odor cleaned my car one time and the smoke smell never came back 1 year later and I am still a satisfied customer.

Alex was amazing! I gave his company a call, and was contacted back right away. Alex was extremely professional and offered to come over to my house the very same day, at 730 that night! When he came to my house, he explained the process and got to work. He even serviced my AC system for free! My husband and I are first time home owners. We happen to purchase a home that had a really, really strong tabaco smell. Before purchasing the home the smell wasn’t as bad so we thought we were going to be able to take care of the smell ourselves fs.
I watch tones of YouTube videos on how to do it from using vinegar with Clorox to use an ozone machine. We did pretty much almost everything we saw, but nothing took care of the odor and I just felt it getting stronger and stronger. We pretty much spent $$$ trying to do it ourselves finally the day before moving to the house I found “MASTER ODOR REMOVAL” he was the only one willing to do the work same day. He was there at midnight doing the work so we can move in the next day with no problems!!

After using Master Odor Removal I will never use anyone other than them. The feeling of having your home up and running again so quickly is something I strongly value and desperately needed. In addition to their stellar customer service, their timing couldn’t have been more accommodating and convient. After a particularly disasterous fire involving a whole chicken, I had very little hope that the residual smell of burnt animal could be entirely removed, as the smoke smell literally stuck to any and all surfaces in our home but I must say I stand corrected. Alex was both diligent and thorough and I’m pleased to not only say I couldn’t have asked for a better job done, but also that I will be recommending this service to all my friends.

I’m absolutely impressed with Alex and his company! I’m new to the area and I had no clue who to call, I found him under my Google search this morning and I called him. I had an electrical fire in my car a month ago and the smell would not go away after all the repairs were done by my insurance company. Alex came out himself and totally took care of our recently purchased vehicle. My wife was ready to return the vehicle because the smell of smoke was still there after the dealership supposedly detailed it twice. Alex was great. My daughter called him Sunday morning at 11 am to explain the problem we had with my new 2018 Lexus. I spilled gasoline in the rear area during hurricane Irma. For months I tried everything to get the gas odor our of the car. NOTHING WORKED!. The car smelled like a gas station. Alex came out by 2pm and did his magic. He explained the treatment process and went to work. Two hours later the car no longer smelled of gasoline. Incredible!!! Alex is the best. In the future I plan to use Alex for my real estate business. He works wonders and gets out the impossible nasty odors.

Outstanding service! Our closing was delayed because of unforseen circumstances and Alex was so accommodating. He even came at 6 AM on a Sunday morning to make sure all the smells were gone before the furniture arrived. The home we purchased had terrible smoke smell from years of indoor smoking. My cat urinated in my brand new 2017 4Runner and Master Odor Removal came within 45 minutes of calling them and removed the odor from the upholstery within 30 minutes. I had the bad experience of getting my Mercedes Benz stolen and had to purchase another vehicle,that was a year old and had a Smokey smell to it. U have odor Call this guy, trust me call this guy. Had a 4 bedroom unit for sale after a tenant moved out with bad animal, cat urine. I could not get out . Tried many treatments , threw out carpet , threw our flooring . Still was just as bad and I mean bad. Alex came in and wham – SMELL Gone! But guess what , it was after the Hurricane Irma and we could still smell a tiny bit 4 weeks later. This is where u find the true character of a company . Excuses – nope! “I wanted to thank Master Odor Removal and Alex for the utmost in professional service odor removal service in our Boca Raton home. Anyone who owns a Shitzu knows that the house training is questionable. We have a new dog that is constantly peeing in our bedroom and on the hall runners. I found their service through Google with 100% guarantee, we called and they were able to see us the same day. And they were able to rid the house of the urine smell and treat the floors under the rugs too which had our old previous dog’s scent – so they figured out our current animal was smelling the floor and peeing on the rug to mark its territory. So far so good, smells terrific! Curbed our new pet’s behavior as a bonus! Fantastic service pros and price. A real find. Highly recommend.”

I went online and found Master Odor Removal for some pet smells in our home. We already had another company clean our carpet and while they got rid of some stains and traffic dirt, the problem odors were still there. With the holidays coming we wanted to make it nice for our guests. Master Odor Removal answered the phone on two rings and made an appointment for the next day to do a free inspection with a special tool, sure enough they showed us the pet stains that were causing the odor issues even though we could not see them in normal light! Very professional service pro and affordable. They brought our home back to a “neutral” that they advertise. They gave us discount so we did our 2011 Lincoln car too! Amazing process. This company did everything we were looking for and I would recommend this company.
